Welcome to the *Wolfpack*
This aircraft and it's crew served during World War II on Guam, Saipan and Tinian as a part of the 20th Air Force, 6th Bomb Group, 24th Squadron. The crew was awarded the Air Medal for participating in every major raid over Japan.
The navigator on this aircraft was my father, Capt. Harvey Hauserman. The rest of the crew, with the exception of the pilot, whose last name was Guay, are unknown .
This site is dedicated to the memory of my father, and is in his honor.
I am searching for lost crew members, and any information concerning this aircraft, and other aircraft in this Squadron and Group.
I have many pictures of his crew and aircraft, as well as photo's of other aircraft in the group, and scenes of life in general on Tinian, Saipan and Guam. Many photos were taken in-flight at re-assembly points, on PW missions, and during bomb runs and contain navaigation data, flight data and target destination. I also have overhead photos of various targets, before and after raids.
You are encouraged to browse this site, and look at the photographs. I am searching for any information concerning this aircraft and its crew.
